Here at Spire Windows, we believe every home deserves value for money when it comes to home improvements and as our extensive range of products is all bespoke, providing a transparent, accurate and suitable quote is essential.

While we’d love to be able to give you a guide price, we do need to visit your home to allow us to understand your specific requirements, tailor our advice and provide your quotation to perfectly suit your property needs.

Direct from the Manufacturer

Every quotation we provide includes VAT, full installation costs as standard and removal of the old frames and old roof – there are no hidden extras for you to worry about. By manufacturing our own windows and doors right here in Lincolnshire, we maintain total control over our quality and costs – we cut out the middleman and pass those savings directly on to you.

Our Price Match Promise

If you happen to find a comparable lower quote within 14-days of placing an order with us, we promise to match it. This applies to identical products designed, manufactured, and installed to the same specifications and guarantees.

How to Claim:

  1. Submit your claim in writing: The Sales Manager, Spire Window Systems Limited. Tattershall Way, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth LN11 0YZ
  2. Provide Evidence: Include copies of the competing quotation, ensuring the product specifications are clearly visible.
  3. Contracted Orders: If you have already signed a Purchase Agreement with us, your claim must be submitted within 7-days of the agreement date.
  4. Valid Quotations: If you have received a written quotation* from us, the claim must be made while your quote is still valid (the validity period will be clearly stated on your documents).
  5. Our Assessment: Once we receive your claim, we will review the competitor’s specifications. We will notify you of our final decision in writing within 7-days.

 

Written quotation* refers to a formal quote provided following a home visit and demonstration by a sales agent of Spire Windows.
