Double Glazed Conservatories
All uPVC conservatories manufactured and installed by Spire Window Systems in Louth come with peace of mind as standard. Enhanced security doors and windows, high quality (audited) components and safety throughout. Conservatories had a negative reputation for being too cold in winter yet hot and stuffy in the warm summer months.
Our conservatories will help regulate the temperature, so it will feel like any other room in your property. How much does it cost to install a conservatory?

Do I need planning permission for a conservatory?
For most conservatories, planning permission is not necessary so they are a convenient and cost-effective way to extend a home. A conservatory is usually allowed under “permitted development” rules so formal permission from the local planning department is not required. That said, Spire Windows always recommend you check and if your conservatory did require planning permission then they can manage that process for you.
